Following is our simple adoption process from finding your pup, to final delivery!
Step 1 - get to know us
Browse our website, and get familiar with our Policies and Health Guarantee. You will need to read and agree with these to adopt a puppy from us. Step 2 - reserve an available puppy or spot in a litter
We require a nonrefundable* deposit down on all puppies or upcoming litters. Your deposit will be credited towards the total puppy purchase price. We do our best to honor our clients' preferences, but gender, color, and availability is not guaranteed.
*If there is no match in the litter you've placed a deposit on, you have the option to have your deposit rolled forward to another available puppy or upcoming litter, or refunded, less a 4% processing fee.
Step 3 - Plan Final Payment, and pickup // delivery!
After reserving an available puppy on our website, we'll be in touch with you to discuss your pickup or delivery date, (your pup is ready at approximately 8 weeks old) and answer any questions you might have. Full payment is expected on the day of the pickup or before delivery.
Payments: Full payments for the remainder due is required on or before the day you pick up the puppy, or before delivery/shipment. We accept cash, credit card, and most other valid forms of payment.
Pickup // Delivery: For clients who wish to make a local pickup, we will coordinate a time and date at our Texas location. For others, we offer several transportation/shipping service options for most places in the US and Canada. See Shipping Options >
